Since completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat, and Reiki Level II training, I have begun offering online guided meditation sessions on a pay-what-you-feel donation basis.

It's long been my dream to train to become a therapist, but I like travelling too much to commit to 2+ years of staying in the UK! It was only while studying in India that I realised that there are other ways I can start working towards my goal of helping adults practice emotional regulation and learn how to be more present, peaceful, and kind to those around them. 

I've been meditating for years and it's changed my life, so I've started creating my own meditation practices and teaching them online! I'm excited to develop my skills as a facilitator and teacher, and while I do that, I am offering all my wellness services on a pay-what-you-feel donation basis.
